My son Adan was home today from kindergarten because of teacher trainings, so after we dropped off big brother D.J. , we decided to get some fresh air and take a spontaneous walk over at a local rescue farm.  When we first arrived though, the only animals that were out were the chickens, so we walked around the grounds a bit.  It was very cold, but a beautiful winter wonderland (if you look closely, you can see the horses breath)!  As we continued walking, we noticed the workers bringing the horses out of their stables into the large pens for the day.  The horses were waiting for their food, and were very interactive with us.  Adan was so excited, and it was such a sweet moment to capture.
